The hotel is clean and reasonably spacious, has pleasant staff and peaceful location in the garden. I loved my room - spotless with good beds. The best thing is location - next to airport, nice restaurant and Cancun. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 10 minutes.

Marvellous and handy location, the free parking was available. The room was wonderful and exceptional with a coffeemaker and a mini fridge.

Good for overnight stay. Quiet room, nice bed and spacious bathroom. Handy location for visiting restaurants and bars. Very nice area and stunningly beautiful views.

attentive service

Perfect for a quick getaway

The room was comfortable with strong shower pressure, and the AC was easy to control. Staff at the restaurant, especially Rodolfo, were attentive.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

We truly enjoyed its delicious and reasonably good breakfasts!

The king room we stayed in was decent size and practical on carrying our bags. The hotel was in a particularly good position adjacent to the airport for almost a hour and meticulously tended gardens. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

The large pool was inviting despite some leaves floating around, and room service offered tasty dishes at reasonable prices. The hotel felt slightly overpriced at $100, lacking an executive lounge that many expect at this price point. Poor gym facilities and unhelpful information regarding the airport shuttle caused some anxiety upon arrival.

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the great breakfast buffet with a nice selection, including tacos that my husband enjoyed. It's also just a short drive to the Cancun Underwater Museum and a quick walk to the beautiful parks in the area.
